Prk was pumping out some solid 3fters, with wall that went on and on and on.

Jarrod was ripping, this is one of the few pics I have without him smiling he was deep in concentration ripping the board past me and I was happy his concentration was working.

Dean AKA Yoda kept us entertained with his new watch me pull a 360 outa my hat no less than 5 times, in this shot I thought he was going to launch an air lol

Kristi was giving the layback a full work out and trying to get the rail well and truely set.

Rich gave the 8'6 a solid work out!

FUN FUN FUN and more FUN was had by all

So you're out amongst it there Phill? Surfing too or just bobbing about in the water with the camera?

great shots - love the sky in the first two...amazing colours. Wish I could take shots half as good as those!!! Hope the crowds were as minimal as ours today - unreal. Wish it was cup day more often!

Well the big thanks goes to Uncle Rich who called the swell and was spot on!

Hey Rob I will PM you the high tech housing details, dont laugh too hard, I guess it works though!

Ted I love rich color and with changing light every couple of minutes as Rob will tell you its hard work with exposure. I have recently shot many quiver shots in afternoon gods light and it teaches you a lot about working on the fly. The difficulty is getting great detail and color in the foreground and the sky but i love that challenge.

Lacey, Kristi hit the water on a mission and was really pushing hard off the bottom and in the cutties. Shes pretty focused at the moment.

Yoda was totally freaking out yesterday busting 360s all over the place and smashing the lips off. He has that point break wired and then some.

It was truely what I believe SUP is all about, the vibe was very cool, the waves were mechanical, no wind and great friends having FUN a day you dream about.

And yup there will be alot of "YOU SHOULD HAVE BEEN HERE YESTERDAY" said for a long time.
