Epic waves at home my break today , solid 4-6 ft . Perfect .The local surf shop owner , who runs a surf school , was an embarrassment , to his industry today . Along with his mate , who I'd never seen before in my 25 years of surfing the point .
I'm here to enjoy the surf and respect others but also push my limits in all wave sizes . I'm not going to be told , when I can and can't paddle or that the surfs to big and you might be a danger .
To all you haters PULL YOUR HEADS IN , cause I love sup surfing .
small on the west coast today
Tassie east coast would be good too
Mate , we are the poor cousins to you blokes on the west coast but occasionally , its on . With a crew of about 12 all day .
I don't like the capital letters of the forum topic......isn't that a little excessive........just breath deeply and count to 10 like the rest of us

Oh I see ....you are inarticulate and unable to communicate with the outside world without shouting by using capital letters or using vague symbols

Na Gizzie your advice has been invaluable . The count to ten thing is the mature way, but sometimes having a hissy fit blows out the cobwebs .

Matt's not on the west coast, he's in the middle somewhere...I am though (close to SA border) and no swell today either.

got a 4inch wave at willy last night stoked to be in the water
Was 1 foot OG way last night, smaller today and slightly damp with lightening
Ha Ha
2 to 3 yesterday and 3 to 4 the day before...bugger all people!
You need to train your car to turn right at the Grubb Road roundabout either that or hit the beach and start paddling towards the lighthouse.
Reckon there was banks aplenty firing off in no mans land!!
Cheers

yesterday's office
Okay shape.......but honestly not big enough to even start to worry about wipeouts and the impact zone
But I suspect a much much bigger wave than we are ever going to see DJ riding on his "big boy performance board" ??
Maybe he was just laughing at you for overcalling the wave size by double?
You WA boys are bloody spoilt you know . This is a big day on the East coast of VIC .
lets clarify the location STM.. to me, down that way.. thats the "far East" coast
correct
I'd call that a 2 to 3 footer though
I wish it was 2ft every week then

Ok then I'll take out the 2 and just call it 3 foot plus. How's that sound? Great looking waves either way. I'd certainly be surprised if someone told me not to go out in that, whatever size you want to call it.
