A little bit of swell in Perth on the weekend and this is the result.
There was a few good sets coming through but I didn't have the camera out at the time and I didn't hang around, glad I get days off mid week.
Man it sucks here. I went for a boat ride so i only had to share small lumpy waves with four other sups. Still, at least we dont live in adelaide.
On the Surf Coast in Vic we think we have it crowded, then you travel to Qld and look at Alley or the Goldie and your pretty happy living where you live!
Its all going to get much more crowded as the years roll on.
Sure things in life death, taxes, kids using the floordrobe instead of the wardrobe and crowded surf line ups!

Crowded thats not crowded , come surf the Alley or the Pass at Byron. In saying that great waves at the Alley Yesterday and not too crowded , always helps when their is a sweep.Unfortunately i wont be adding to the conjestion for a while , stuffed by back up yesterday, trying to get out the back at currrumbin beach front when its on , is not recommended for sups. Neither is trying to keep up with your 15 year old nephew.
Southern coast of WA at the moment 1 to occassionally 3 Sups if youre lucky on a beach/ break/day. Why? population, weather or potential top of the food chain might just drop in. Often your the only one out! sometimes apart from some surfers. Must enter this in the lonely planet. Trust me its More fun with a couple of Suppers but tooo manys a crowd. No circus down here where are the clowns!!!
@ColD I will have to get in touch next time, I have had a couple of the best sessions ever down your way or a little bit further West, would be good to have someone else to share the stoke with.
@windy was you bailing out, what happened, looked like a nice one? and I don't know who that was in the last few photo's sequence, I just took a few shots then headed off elsewhere.
That's me in the photos, talk about dishpan slides! All fixed now I've got a smaller fin in and running it as a thrust, courtesy of the rocks coming in after this session.
Watching miller from inside the peak, it just ran underneath him and flung his board out.
Chill out 270 degrees. The lonely planet thing was just a statement of how rare to see another SUP out on the water here as if!. If you were from down my way you would knowThe main reason Sups are rare down here, it is the total lack of good wave days rare as hens teeth. Yes you get waves but if you like beach breaks that close out the full length of the beeches and a demolition session is not what I call crowd attracting. I have to travel 350-500 Kms to find good waves to SUP on. I envy waves that Dogmans vids contain. Never seen days like that here. Planning my next long drive for some good waves. Oh for good waves
