Ahh, that's my problem. I can't do them when my board's stationary, I have to be moving!
Gotta love the beachie's at Robe to practise your sup ballet.
Nah, that was during a trip to Robe, SA in Jan. SUP heaven, beautiful looong beach [around 13kms long]. You are able to drive right along it and it's littered with numerous peaks and no crowds.
Yesterday's session was a 3 hour episode with stacks of waves in glorious, warm Autumnal sunshine. Nacca's, Hock, Oliver and myself.
Unable to make the race in the morning, but aim to have a paddle from Hampton to Half Moon around midday.
Here's some pics from paddling with Rea and Vicky today.
Rea had her new Naish 9'5" Mana.
Rea's friend Vicky had her first paddle yesterday with me and she was on the G Board and alloy paddle.. Today she was on the 11'6" Naish and Kialoa.
Chris checking out Rea's ab's of steel.
Vicky looking good.
Rea choosing not to wear the red wet T shirt.
Vicky's now hooked on SUP and wants her own board.. and a Kialoa.

Even better than Rea's headstand (no offense Rea sorry) a 1944 vid of the Ross sisters....at the end of their corny song about potato salad they do head stands & much much more A++
DJ your lucky man i wish my paddle partners looked like that Casso and Goatie dont even come close though Goatie often goes topless
Gizzie
I've never seen anything like that before.
(I should get out more I suppose)
God bless the internet!
Anybody who can do a headstand on a board, on the ground,
on the grass, against a wall, any where, you are blessed!
