Suzie shows you how to roll out those sore sup muscles.

That hurt just watching it! I can definitely see the benefits, but as with most things that I know are good for me...I won't be participating.

Yeah I was just doing that rolling thing at the gym this morning but on my quads - it hurts but without the orgasmic relief that this woman seemed to be describing.

Been doing that on my ITB and some other troublesome body parts for years, have to say I prefer to watch Suzy do it.

Yeah try explaining the sounds of "Ooh it hurts but it feels so good" to your female co-workers.

Come to think of it, I probably shouldn't be watching SUP videos or posting on Seabreeze in work time either.

. a lot of my problems are the muscles in my lower back. comes from paddling and my work as a builder/chippie which requires me to do a lot of horizontal drilling. a training session and all day drilling just kills me. some times it can get so tight it starts pulling on my dominate side rib cage. sondra purser, suggested rolling out the area. not over the spine or ribs, but each side slowly and stop on the sore points. after that a bit of side stretching.gives my a lot of relief and ready to go again. quads and hip flexor stretches before and after paddling is a good routine to get into too

gives me a lot of relief and ready to go again.

A few of the boys in the LB room could do with some of this

an old trick in another sport long a go was to freeze up a plastic bottle of water and roll that along your itb . it hurts like hell, but they will be better next day. kinda like needling and icing at the same time

itb's are a funny because if you over stretch or massage they just seems to arc up more.

i found a solid roll, stretch or massage or whatever was best then leave them alone
