We have a few hobby shops near where I live that might have them.

I had a look for one about a year ago and there was plenty on ebay. Never got around to getting one but now you've reminded me I might treat myself.

Sam.

Her I think that's him DJ. I checked out rcsurfrider.com but they are sold out of all models. Ebay AUS only has 2 girl surfers at the moment. It's gotta be a guy !! Now we'll all be outbidding each other on Ebay this week ???

Thanks Boylos..that's the one I just saw too. But he's a she and I'm not sure my little guy would like "girl germs". Maybe I could ask Casso how I could "sand off the boobs and re-glass in some pecs ??"

i bought mine from hobbysuperstore on ebay for $1.85 and thirty bucks postage, if you find one, do a search for the batteries on ebay too, cause they last ten minutes tops and take hours upon hours to charge...
but i dig it.. best $1.85 and thirty bucks postage i ever spent

But I don't have anything against boobs - in fact I'm quite fond of them!

when i got my little rc surfer this time last year i found him at noosa toys r us. it was the best thing i ever bought, he could do some pretty crazy turns, get shacked off his dial and even once did a 360 inside the barrel.......but he only lasted for a month and then he was spent!!!! and because of the way it was made the parts were unserviceable!!! i was cut!!!!
beware of the female version being sold on ebay, which is even more ****ty, she has elastic bands that run up inside her legs as part of her ability to twist, that as soon as they see salt water shred and render her a lifeless kook!!!!
been chasing a more durable and serviceable model ever since!!! if anybody finds em?????

Sue...talk to brother Bill. He's had a few of these. He's a bigtime RC nut. Not sure how much help he can be for Christmas though other than advice on make, model, etc...

Thanks guys for all for your replies. I'll check out Noosa Toys R Us tomorrow Shimmy and I'll talk to Bill if Santa can't make it.

Casso...if I end up buying the lady surfer on eBay, I'll cut off the boobs and send them to you.

I did manage to find a "wind up" surfer guy this arv as I witnessed 2 x 7 yr olds shop lifting match box cars.

I have a surfer guy too. in bits in a cupboard. So good but so easy to trash. was so happy to see the footage dj. Video footage will last longer than the guy but still the best fun chrissy preso ever. So make sure you have video ready from the start.

Thanks Oliver..hope you and your family have a good Christmas too. And I am sorry about our dispute a few months back. Like most disputes it wasn't worth it in the end.

Thanks for the phone number Shimmy. I'll give them a call today.

Sadly Santa has failed in his mission here Apparently they no longer make the surfer guy...just the girl Sexist I know.

The little guy will have to settle for a remote control Monster Truck instead.

Thanks for all the elves that helped out here... Have a good one!

Remember he's only 5 yrs DJ...by the time he like girls...her rubber band legs will be loose and frail...she'll need botox...collagen injections...waxing...a personal trainer...detoxing...and a boob job (wonder if Casso will give them back??). Oh woops...hang on..I'm talking about myself

Here is exactly what you are looking for, boy bits and all.

That's him Gorgo...WOW...$630.33...not quite the $1.85 that The Doctor paid for his !! That's cause they're apparently not making them anymore so I think they're becoming collectables. And he's $567 more than the girl... that's an expensive dangly bit

I don't think I'm that good a mum. I could buy him his own board for that and think how much I'll save on batteries.
