Hey joel, did you only take 1 pic all weekend ?

Nice pic Joel once a pic is showed on public forum you can't sell it , so thats why we watermark it but that one was a bit heavy. Re the drop in he should lose his best wave score , but that's all up to the judges. Looks like you guys scored some good waves

All in good fun... there was plenty of 'wave sharing' going on in that final but a great vibe in the water, and even with 8 of us in the final, everyone got plenty of waves!
Don't know how Jason managed to organise the swell to come right on time for this weekend, but those were by far the best comp waves I've ever had, stoked to have made the trip south!

Absolutely this was a sharing ,caring loads of fun weekend & lots of laughs as we went down the line & shared a few cross overs on this wave.
It's awesome when even with comp singlets on everyone in the water is encouraging others to get some sick waves & enjoy the vibe..
My hand up for continuation & growth of fun ,family focused SUP events that encourage everyone of all levels to get amongst this sport & ENJOY it :)

Thanks to Jason for a great weekend of SUP good waves and good people sure was a lot of fun.
8 person final everyone hooting each other in to waves if you were in the spot which was deep inside the rocks with 6-8 ft bombs pumping through you had too go or be shamed forever.
The girls really had a dig and charged hard, Ali had wave of the final, fell to her knees keep paddling, double knee bottom turn in to the tube with 6ft of lip to the head gold.
Great weekend hope the Sup community get behind this event in the future.

That was after the swell DROPPED for the lucky few to be there for the last 1 1/2 hrs before dark on the Friday afternoon you can add an other foot or 2 to those photos...Toby Cracknell, Pete Cox, Glen Cochran, Rolf DB, Brad Danky, Mal Sawers, Ben Brown and I all scored!!!! And all copped at least 1 flogging!!!! Well earned beers that night, thanks guys will remember that session for a long time..

The kook with the hat is just an ass slapping high fiving shoulder hopper that can't see any thing because the brims always blowing back over his face !!!

Too right Rik. Introduce a camera to the line up and some blokes cant control themselves.Snaking and dropping in hoping for the cover shot.
That kook is actually looking down the lense as he is dropping in. BLATANT!!

Perfect spot to stay at the beach park.
Surf one side cafe the other with the bowlo to the west.
Even scored great waves at saltwater on the way up and back.
