A late afternoon paddle in The Royal National Park - just me and a mate.

Just thought I'd share after those beautiful Vicco photo's of the paddle around the cruise ships earlier this week.

What size is the white/blue SUP? Looks like a massive rig!

That looks like the Laird (14?) that I had a go on at the SUPSA demo day. I mentioned to Scotty that this board looks like it would be great cruiser. It was nice and stable and paddled really well too.

There is a whole lot more that we can do on SUP other than just surfing and downwinders. There are rivers, dams, lakes, rapids, wave pools - it's all good.

It is the Laird 14'.

Makes the 12'1 look small in the shot's of the two together !!

The 14' is the dining table of still water paddling......you could wear your most expensive joggers and be confident of them not getting wet.

It's a weighty bugger but the momentum is amazing - the ultimate cruiser without a doubt.

I have the blue deck grip at the front for my esky etc but also for my 2 1/2 year old who sits on with me and that is treasured time.

Glad you liked the shot's - SUP's sure do open up so many possibilities huh ?
