Open invitation for a social community SUP paddle with Andrew Robb on Saturday 22/6 at 8.00am at Half Moon Bay. Should be fun with a contingent of kayakers joining in as well. Coffee and breakfast at 9.00am at the cafe. Hope to see you there.

Felicity,
Thanks for the invite.
A loud-mouth sailing friend of mine from SYC reckons we're "all Labour voters" at BRYC, so you'd better tell Andrew Robb to wear a nice thick wetsuit...
Is he doing a deal with the Council parking inspectors so we can park in front of the YC for the morning?
DJ, bring a towel and I'll open up the hot showers at BRYC in case any pesky backwash from SYC nails you again...

Must be an election coming up if a Politian wants to paddle with Sup paddlers, that will really give sup a bad name....
From what i heard, Is he really going to paddle the new 23 inch DC dugout that Travis used in Europe? That's gutsy, given his first attempt at paddling and the water temp at the moment....

They say he's refusing to wear a wetsuit. Interesting times.

I understand he's actually one of the Brighton Icebergers.
Either that or he also bulls**ts the local papers and radio.
Maybe the no wetsuit is some "thick skin" training for his likely post September role...

Current Bay Temp 13.1c.
Maybe that was what DJ was mouthing in his vid the other day..

Looking forward to it.
Hawaiian shirts anyone?

It got down to -1 degree around Melbourne early this morning but clear skies and light wind - perfect day for an ice-breaker paddle. Give local member of parliament Andrew Robb his dues, after an early spill, he soldiered on despite the cold.
