Just received a few pics from the run of good waves a couple of weeks ago.Got lucky when I checked this spot mid arvo on a weekday and there were only two others out.
The after work crew got onto it later so I just took a few wide ones then and paddled in.
Paddling in I decided to take on the shorey, the last wave of a three session day, soon as I paddled in I thought bad idea and tried diving through the back, think the guy taking the pics and the crew on the hill enjoyed it,
although the beating I copped didn't take anything away from an awesome day in the surf .
Great shots Camo ,
Those waves look like they have some power.
Do you have a new board ? or is that your surfshapes your riding......
Rich
Thanks guys,
yer Rich, its the Surfshapes after having the crease repaired, still goes good even with the added weight from getting fixed, found it a fun change when the smaller board was out of action going back up to the bigger board with the stability and paddling that much easier, plan on swapping between the two more often now,
here's one more wipeout for tha dogman then,
never let go of the paddle right .
Must be an optical illusion but in that last shot, the board looks like it's bent in the middle. What did they repair it with?
Smokin shots Camo,
It looks like the SS got some extra rocker in that last shot?
Are you now 2 boards down?
Phill
Nice waves Cam. Was that the Monday after the SUPVic weekend?
The leggie might have been a foot longer after that session.
Hey Phill,
the SS looks the same rocker to me as before I broke it, but the DC's gained some, had it out Monday and it surfs unreal thanks to Dean,
yer Rosscoe ,the Monday after Venus Bay,didn't I message you.
