A couple of new Walk on Water prototypes are finding their way to Sydney this Saturday 13th October for a bit of an impromptu demo.
9am Saturday at Fisherman's Beach, Collaroy.
I've got no financial interest in this....but I did have a bit to do with their design and I paddle them.....they are light & fast
Plenty of crew at last weekend's Melbourne demo loved them.
14' RDO carbon
12'6" BOP carbon
14' & 12'6" GSR (not pictured)
Check 'em out if you are in that neck of the woods.

Would love to get them up your way and paddle in some warmer water.
We will be doing a bit of speed testing down here soon along side some of last seasons quickest boards and some of this seasons stuff.
Should be interesting.

Yep, mine is the 14' GSR. I didn't paddle the 12'6 boards on Saturday, I was having too much fun on the 3 14 footers...they all feel good but the GSR is still my favourite.

Edit: if you can, try it with the ventral fin combo...something different, but in a good way

Hey guys - thanks for coming to the Northern Beaches (aka God's country). Looking forward to checking out the boards. Fishermans should be perfect tomorrow with a SW'er forecast and a little bit of swell to rolling through

What do RDO and GSR mean?

RDO - Race Dug Out. This is a bit of a working name as it is only a prototype at this stage.....but it will probably stick.
GSR - Ground Swell Rider

Heh Brian it may be easier to drive to Sydney for another demo of the WOW boards than to get Deano to relinquish his hold on the boards down in Melb, even the threat of bolt cutters wouldn't do it, sheesh they must be good boards

Brian and Neil. Thanks guys for bringing your sweet toys to the Northern Beaches this morning. Did anyone take some photos?
Beautiful morning and nice waves provided great testing conditions. My favourite was the 14 GSR. So fun to surf and would be a treat in big downwind conditions.
Did a downwinder this arvo on the 14 RDO. Not as fast as the 25 Ace but you aint going fall off and once your on a runner it just keeps on going.
Cheers, Dave

If anyone in Sydney wants to demo the 14' GSR anytime give me a yell.

Will be paddling from La Perouse and over to Kurnell and back tomorrow if anyone is interested in a demo.

Wouldn't mind buying the small fin for the front fin box for the beast. Give me a yell Brian when your next coming through Sydney, or just let me know how else I can buy one.

Still one very happy WOW owner.

The 14' RDO is 27" wide so it's speed should be compared with the 27" Ace. A 25" RDO is on the drawing board
