Recommendations please for an Ipod type (waterproof) sound system for long distance flat water paddles
Thanks
I have a H2O Audio system that works well.. .. www.h2oaudio.com/

I've got a SwimMan waterproof shuffle - no case!!! I didn't get the headphones because they are really for swimming laps, my wife has them and they work fine in the pool. I just use cheapo headphones so that if I do fall they are almost chuck away, they actually survive the odd dunking pretty well though. You could always get the H2O headphones to go with the SwimMan ipod. The shuffle is so tiny you can just clip it onto you shirt, I think having a headphone lead going to you arm may be a bit weird when you are paddling. Paddling to music makes a huge difference to me, the time just flies and I go faster!

Wardog sells these at Surfing Sports too which is where I first read about them. Marty at SwimMan in Oz is a good guy and responds straight away if you have any queries. Here is the link to his story about them - you have to scroll through it a bit to get to the ipod bit.
