Thought I would throw this one up which was put together over the last couple of weeks. Probably a bad move having it on the same page as the Dogmans Brazil Nuts go mental vid but what the hell. Its called hits n misses cos I realise my bag of tricks can get repetitive and there is a certain sameness to the waves I surf. BUT!! a good wipeout never goes out of fashion

Yes Sparx it must be depressing having a perfect little left suck up reef like that is 'repetitive'.

I have seen 1 other person in the water in any of your vids. You are a lucky man mate, I am envious.......

Aaaaah Vicco, i tell ya if it wasnt for Winter I'd live there as well.

Their around, believe me. I just get out of the way when more than two people paddle out. Today for example, that left was firing, so was every other wave within a half k radius and that ads up to about six quality options. I was out there by myself and this bloke I had never seen before in my life paddles out on a mal and starts ripping into me for being " a lazy SUP riding prick ". To funny! And fifty meters stage left the premier ledge in this neck of the woods was going off with absolutely no one out. Whats a poor boy do!!??

Yea nice cover up sparks,

Great to see some local suppin vid, its been lite on the ground lately.

Lazy SUP prick wow thats a bit harsh!

Amazes me why people cant paddle 100m either way, particularly when your the only one out before they get there.

Howdy Phill, Rich
It still amazes me how much stick we are expected to cop. Because we ride SUP the natural assumption seems to be that we are the bottom of the pecking order and everyone regardless of equipment and ability has right of way. I had a quiet chat with the bloke and he settled down after a bit. Turns out he used to teach with my old man. I had to chuckle, the bloke literally did not get near the peak in the forty minutes I shared with him. I felt sorry for him, talk about a bad hair day!

Thanks Daneli. I thought you were on about the "dive dive dive" moments in the last frames but the paddle periscope seems the most comfortable way to go at the mo.
Howdy DW
Sheesh Phil. Who have you annoyed over on that other post? Will be up your way in December and hope to catch up for a paddle.

Just one more I promise!!!
Just had to throw this one in cos it was such classic day, sun shining, light offshore and the newy was going like a charm. On the downside the quality of the vid is crap. Tried Vimeo back to Youtube, cant blame the editing software, just have to face the fact that my camera is crap. Unless there is a siesmic shift and all the reefs start breaking in reverse or a classic bank pops up down the beach I might leave it alone for a while!!!!

Howdy Logman, Spencergone.
Thanks guys. The new board is a killer
Thursday had a bit of grunt to it eh Logman. Gotta enjoy those sessions in solitary while we can cos in six weeks time surfing becomes flavour of the month again and everywhere gets crowded. Having said that I'll take Summer over Winter any day.
