A few snaps from the last two days at Cottesloe.
Plenty of amusing takeoffs, community waves, drop-ins and even big wave Dave Muir carving some nice bottom turns and airs...
Great pics & that's what it's all about, throwin the board round on a wave to push the limit till the wave wins and you enter the washing machine.
Yeah I was wondering about the leg rope thing to there's 3 or 4 with it on the front foot .maybe a new trend
Maybe the "front Leg" boys are SUPpers who have never surfed!!!
Maybe they are switchfooters?
Maybe they don't know better?
Maybe it is a new trend!!!!!!
Maybe it is a "Cottesloe" local sign!
Maybe they are "Zombies"!!!!!
Sure is a lot of guys out in the water for such a small location. Looks like SUP is all the go around there.
ET.
far out
Another reason i like living in good old Bunbury. Quality waves are within an hrs drive and I usually get waves with a mate or two not 30 other sup'ers
I was in perth for the 1st time in years and went for a drive up to Cot and was amazed how many sups were out there and the 50metres up the road at the cove all board riders, looks like you guys have a system organised.
There looked like some fun waves coming through and actually a couple had a bit of size.
My missus wants to move back there and this trip made the thought a little bit easier.
May the swell and light winds hang around for you.

I counted 55 SUP's out at Cott a few months ago when a bigish swell came in... crazy bizness. This was a quiet day compared to that one...
cheers,
