With the continued onshore beachside, I hooked up with Lou for a dawn paddle in the National Park and an adventure up 'Muddy Creek' on the high tide.

Leaving at dark, an awesome sunrise and another new paddling spot found.

Also, thanks to the boys at Eastcoast SUP for the awesome new Naish gear I picked up yesterday - stoked with the hardware guys, love the set up you've got.

Loving your lens work there!

Wish we had the scenic quaility on the Barwon.

yep thanks for the heads up Chris, was certainly a great dawn paddle...ahhh the serenity !

ended up going to Greenhills later in the afternoon with Pete, and pretty much encountered conditions only marginally better than Saturday morning at Macauley's... ...sometimes you never learn ha!

all up tho, a top weekend all round and thanks for the visit.
