I've had enough, my return tickets to Coolangatta are practically booked, I have a brother living at Byron Bay and a brother in law living at Tweed Heads... I want to see them both and I want some sunshine. Is there somewhere close by where I can hire boards, or should I just bring the ULI up for a w/e?

Heading out in about 1 hour to alley with camera again, great morning and blus skies, surf is about 2ft and clean.

looks like another great session at the Alley , that place is just made for Sup.
Found some one to fix my board , thanks Paul i called Anthony Pohls he said he can fix it in a couple of days , maybee just in time to catch the next big swell.
I hope it will be a stronger once its repaired.Im really starting to regret buying that board now , oh well you live and learn.
Spewin i didn't take the camera out this arvo, there were some great 3ft sets coming thru. Jake, marty and jacko were carving it up. Soon as i got out i realised i left the camera in my car!
Great waves had by all out there even thou it was pretty cold this arvo.
This morning i got the longest wave i've ever had, right from the rock thru to lacey's lane palmbeach, approx 200m! Loved every second.
Tomorrow i won't forget, it must be the blonde in me LOL

you made a good choice Brooko you'll love the 9'6, how long before you get it? Just a tip for everyone who gets one is trim about a 1cm of the black strip of grip before putting it on and you'll find that it will fit nice and wont have any over hang where the side steps are , hope that makes sense I'll take photo's if need be.
