Lake Kawana Time Trials
Come along to start at 4:45pm at the northern end of Lake Kawana. The time trial is over 4.2km. This is open to everyone at no cost. Times will be recorded and posted as below on the club wesite and also seabreeze.
I will be organising a June race day / time trials (maybe 17th if the Lake is available) to be held on a Sunday Morning. This will be accompanied by a BBQ and Drinks. I would like this to be a real family day onto of the regular time trials. There will be a bunch of Short Coarse races as well for kids and adults.
I am putting it out there to all shops and board makers / distributors to attend with demos so we can try different boards on the same condition. More info on this soon.
Change of Club Comp Day to Saturday 12th of May.
I have had a bit of feedback about the next club day conflicting with Mothers day. So that we don't have to start a new division for Eunuch's we have decided to bring the club day forward by one day to Saturday Morning 12th of May. I appologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Happy days Sunny crew,
Saturday 12th May
Small mixed bag to 1-1.5ft or so. Light WNW winds tending to light N'ly breezes during the day.
Kawana will be smoking

Greetings from Medewii on the Bali west coast.
Looks like a great club day.[Did Swanie get the tent from my place??]
Surf Report.
Zero crowds in the water , zero people at the resorts. Our resort has 8 people.french and germans,, and the Medewii Cottages right on the point there were 2 poms in the whole place.
Best stand up wave I've ever surfed, people right it off as a soft wave ,but o/head and low tide,on your backhand ,,not soft.Runs of down the line for 300/400m.I've got a disc of 300 pics.Hired a 8'7 Jimmy Lewis Kwad from Pete Cox.
Any way sign out from Bali.
Cheers PT
