Mike and I got a few this morning. It was a bit lumpy, with some wide ones coming through, but it cleaned up a bit. I've been spending waaay too much time in the office over the last few weeks, so needed to flush the cobwebs out. Wasn't great this morning, but a whole lot better than work!

Hoping for a few more waves early tomorrow (different spot, swell's dropping) before helping SHQ out with the SUP demos at the Brighton/Sandy festival in the arvo.

Thanks to Tom (Mike's son) for doing the trek in with some camera gear to take the photos.

Great pictures Ross.. That place does look like it's worth the long trek to get there.

Your new 9.0 Hokua looks like it's working realy well.

Yeah Paul, the swell dropped out a lot overnight.

And yes, too, DJ I'm enjoying the board. Mike got most of the good waves yesterday, he was on his PSH 9'3", which certainly likes a bit of power in the waves. He's got a Starboard 8'5" on order, although I'm not sure whether he will use it at this spot, because the place can take a toll on equipment - Matt got washed back onto the rocks yesterday and knocked out a fin.
