Just because you can make something doesn't mean you should

Great idea but it looks like you have to surf with a "pooh man" stance.

Half the skill of surfing is paddling and getting into the best position. Learners have to walk before they can crawl. These would create even more chaos in busy line up.
Not my cup of tea

It's my job to know about all these things CMC, so i know what you blokes are up too...hahha. Actually it initially caught my attention as a potential video shooting platform, but probably not stable enough.

So the next generation of surfers will be fat

I've watched a few videos on this and the surfing is crap,is this due to the boards designI'm sure the guy's riding them are better surfers than the videos show.

what i was thinking mac. i don't think its the boards design so much. more like they just can't do the basic surf elements- probably because the boards is always motoring along.

it doesn't seem to allow them to compress and extend or for that matter get any real rail in the water.

whatever- its dam ugly

Think of all the positive things, adaptive paddlers able to surf, etc. No way will it go mainstream, but it will have it's place as an aid.

Maybe a good retirement board for DJ !!! ...hehe.
