I liked these Tod Bradley vids cause he shares that portly middle aged, less defined - too many pies - paunch that I now find myself sporting. However, he's speaking my language and that's how I find myself paddling naturally. I tend to push far more with my top arm while keeping my lower arm more as a pivot point and pulling it less. It makes sense.
