Tonight on ABC catalyst for anyone that's interested

Frow website...

Catalyst have a great segment this evening (8pm, ABC) showing the making of the new Storm Surfers 3D movie. A must-see if you're into surfing and camera technology.

So its bloody Tom Carrol hooning about out at (spot x) these days.

You can barely get about there on a SUP without being run over by a jetski............ or ten.

Bugger: no TV on the boat. However, I did watch Stormriders NZ on DVD, which the TV show seems to be based on, and it was a good show. I enjoyed the logistics and weather side as much as the surfing. I watched another Doco about surfing Ireland that was excellent. It finished (spoiler?) with some incredible tow ins

In passing, the Reef is looking good for the next few days. I am about to wax up.

Watched it and was good.. Thanks for the heads up on that.. Amazing little 3D GoPro's and the way to remove water drops from the lens.. I can now see GoPro bringing that air blower out as an accessory but I'm thinking that you might still get some dryed salt water haze happening.. Looking forward to seeing the finished film.

How does that have any relevance to this thread at all mate. Give some credit where due, these guys have been working night and day to produce something pretty cool.

Its more a tongue in cheek comment. if you are from around there you will know what i mean. No offence to the actual movie which im certain is epic.
