Hey guys and girls,

I usually train with Kristi but at this point that is not possible.

I am looking for a training partner or partners for Kristi to paddle with and against in training for the Roar Comp.

Mid week early mornings and evenings, Sat and Sun time flexible.

Focus is 200m sprints.

Coastal Paddle Barwon Bluff to OG 3ks

Male or female is unimportant just people that want to have some fun and get fit.

Drop me a PM if your interested.

Hi David,

I am the only one home, the rest are up in Brisbane for the National Precision Drill Dance Championships.

Kristi, Nesha and Nicki are all Australian Champions in their respective divisions and are all defending their titles from last year.

They wont be back until next Wednesday.

This is Kristi and Nesha's last year they are both planning to focus on Sup racing from now on!

Phill!

Hey Angie,

That is such a fantastic offer and really appreciated it.

I will look into it but with going to Noosa, then the week away for National Dance and also another week for Mambo Kristi's Teachers are not happy.

Kristi got so much out of Noosa, just seeing how people prepared for heats talking to the kids from Hawaii and Supping with them its all invaluable experience.

Again thanks so much for the offer!

Hey PS,

This will give you a laugh, I sew most of the costumes for the kids.

What wrong with purple, did my make up smudge?

There are red thumbs in this thread? It's true, Phill has a stalker.

PS. Would love to have Kristi join us on our early morning paddles but OG and StKilda are a little far apart.

Hey Mac,

Yes we are coming up for the comp so chill the beers for Sat Night.

Looking forward to catching up with you, Lacey, Dale and the rest of the crew.

Hey Woody;

Lacey, Jacko, Hilly and I all seem to have stalkers?

Im pretty impressed that I get that much attention really, if I see something I think is crap I move on.

I cant see how anything in this post could offend anyone. If it does it really thier issue to get over not mine.

I didnt even know there were red thumbs on the site for over 12 months as my eye sight is so bad, thats why I created these:

Also if I see a smart ass comment like Brybro's, I send and email to open the communications channel. I think the title of the one I sent was "What is your problem" as most of his 7 posts appear to have no substance at all.

Woody you have seen Kristi paddle at the Port Phillip Cup where she came 3rd in the open womens and I think 17th out of 60, if he thinks Nesha 12 is going to be able to push Kristi in training then he clearly doesnt have a clue does he??

Very true, and you know my offer to have Kristi train with us at StKilda was entirely an empty gesture as I'm sure she would kick my arse over 200 metres.

Hey Woody,

She woops my ass by 3min over 3ks now so you and I are in the same boat

Nothing I have ever seen you do is an empty gesture! You have passion for what you do and you always have fun. Man when I saw you paddle out at PRK the other weekend in those condition you got my respect. Most wouldnt have even tried.

Thats what its all about.

Well done OG, who made you the post police on whether someone's posts are of 'substance'. i reckon you're post earlier on this topic, the photo of you're daughters dance group, no substance or relevance to SUP. Thanks for sending me a PM titled 'Whats you're problem'. The answer to you're question, no problem, just find you try to be the SUP hero, get a bit sick of you trying to solve everyones problem, you come across as a bit of a 'know all'. Get sick of you telling us every 5 minutes how your DC 9'4 rips too. How would everyone know what Nesha's paddling ability is and whether she would be a good training partner for Kristi? You're not the king of SUP mate!

Well now at least I know what you meant! Why didnt you say that in the first place.

Thank you for answering my question and the constructive feedback!

Its a free forum as I keep being told, If you dont like the content of a thread dont read it. Its your choice after all.

The reason I posted the dance pic was because there seems to be an issue at them moment with people in Melbourne thinking guys on the West Coast are avoiding the competitions. DJ and I are good friends and I want him to know we are not just blowing him off! In fact Session is picking me up this morning as I cant drive and taking me up to see DJ.

The written word can be taken in many different ways. What I saw in your post was what appeared to be a shot at me being stupid enough not to think about my own 2 daughters training together.

If I took it the wrong way then I appologise but thats the way it read to me.

At the moment I am stuck at home going quite crazy due to unfortunate circumstances and for the last 3 weeks posting more than normal prolly just trying to stay sane!

Never said I was the SUP police or any king of any thing.

The people that know me from the forum in real life will tell you that I do more work than many behind the scenes, will loan or on many occasions give people equipment or help out in any way I can.

Phill
