As usual Tim, Belly, Rowdy(occasionally) and I will be doing runs from 4.30 each night. All welcome pm me. Usual run city beach to trigg or sorrento.

Now that I only have two weeks of work left you can imagine my care factor so should be there everyday this week. And if anyone wants to go earlier let me know.

Im in everyday except tomorrow.. My misses has some valentines day Arvo fun planned for me that I don't want to miss out on .. See you all there every other day, looks Awsome at the moment
