Hi All,
Sunday is looking good for a Demo day / Get together down at Cott again. We are planning on heading down at about 8am and we will have heaps of gear for crew to try.
Demo Boards:
Starboard - 12'6, 12'0, 11'2, 9'8 & 9'0
Naish - 11'6
Hope you can make it
Cheers
Marco
Hello,
Will there be other demos planned for the weeks/months prior to Sunday, because I'm not going to be able to make this Sunday and I really need to demo a board (especially Starboard 9'8") to make a decision!
Hi Sparki,
All the boards are available at any time for Demo, just come in and see us. For the rest of this week though we will hold onto the boards so we can ensure they will be available for the weekend.
We might even be down at Cott Saturday morning for a paddle as well

Hi All,
Just to confirm we will be at the Dutch inn car park from 8am Sunday morning. Anybody keen to have a go or just catch up with other crew come on down.

Thanks guys for a very pleasant morning and the opportunity to try out the paddle surfing. Everyone looked as if they were enjoying themselves.
It is obviously a very pleasant way to enjoy the ocean, watch the world slide by and give the body a good workout at the same time......
Thanks to everyone that came along to the demo / get together yesterday.
We had a great turn out and heaps of crew had a paddle, a lot for the first time.
Between ourselves Second Wind and Windshack we had 16 boards available to demo.
If you would like us to contact you when we next head out send us an email with your name, email, mobile number and your current experience (i.e. never paddled, just started, paddle just waves, paddle just flat water, etc) info (at) standuppaddle.com.au.
This guy was trying SUP for the first time, a great effort.
Great pictures guys...BTW..Who's that holding the paddle the wrong way round in the center of pic two..
DJ
DJ, not sure who had the paddle around the wrong way, for most guys it was their first paddle so I think they all did pretty well.
We have a heap more photos on the website, probably too many, but a few of the guys asked if I got a photo of them so there they are.http://standuppaddle.com.au/web/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=15&Itemid=44
