There will be another paddle out Wednesday morning 5.30am from Captain Burke, Kangaroo Point. ( Under the Storey Bridge). It will be a quick hour paddle through the city and past Kangaroo Point Cliffs. Hopefully we can make this a regular event.

Sorry guys tomorrow's paddle will be cancelled due to the nasty state of the river at the moment. Will try for next Wednesday morning..........
Trouble is they are low wash cats. I have better luck with the smaller mono hull ferries doing the cross river routes. Before the floods, the floating river walkway at New Farm used to channel alot of the wash and a small wave would form there. Alas that Jennie gone, but it doesn't stop me from trying to catch any small swell I can get.
You got spare boards up there? I'm staring down the barrel of some "Brisbane Prison Time" (having to work in someone else's office - as my normal office has flexy hours, and my normal boss lets me surf and paddle and OC whenever I damn well please! - oh, my normal boss is me !
