to grow new plants you need to plant seeds, are there many up and comers?
my boy is 12 and is enjoying it a bit more than his shorty at the moment. will ask him why when he gets back.
Couple of old picks of Jake the snake , well see how he goes at the QLD champs this weekend. Hes 16 i rekon the average supper would be 36. All the younger ladies into it might bring the average down a bit .
I've watched Dean Snow's boy, I think his name is Jarrod. He's only 14 but he could do anything he wants to on a SUP. I'm not sure if he's interested in the competitive B------t. There are a lot of people that SUP that don't feel its necessary to try and qualify their ability. They let their surfing do the talking because of the sheer enjoyment of the artform, just like Wayne Lynch did.
.
I'd classify myself as a Senior Grommet in the SUP community at age 31, considering Jake and some younger crew are now getting involved.
There seems to be a lot of young hotties in hawaii they have gromett contests and everything.Riggs Napoleon is making a name for himself in both surf and distance and he looks really young.I think over here the grom's have been brainwashed by the major brands into thinking that anything outside the pro tour is uncool but that will change in time. It's like everything once people see how much fun your having they want to play too.
Hawaii has heaps cause over there they are more open minded and their lives revolve around the ocean and a good surfer can ride anything.. Im 32 by the way
