Spent the long weekend down at Wilson's Prom with friends. Great weather most of the time and the water was beautifully clear.

I took my Naish Glide and my old Southpoint Kalama. Felicity took her Coreban (Woogie's old board)

Here's Felicity on Woogie's old Coreban 12'6. It's a lovely light board and surfs well in the gentle waves down at Tidal River (IMO for someone that is a basic surfer at best)

A great weekend had by all including the kids

Beautiful spot Bruce - please post some more. Dropped by there on the way back from a road trip down the great ocean road in 2006 and loved it. Heaven.

Great pictures Bruce.. Did you paddle out to those tiny rock islands way off shore?

DJ, didn't make it out to the islands. Living bayside, I was making the most of the waves whilst there

Here's a couple more photos

Good pix Bruce!

If some don't know, Wilsons Prom is the 8th wonder of the world!
It's one of those places you can take the wife/girlfriend even if they hate camping
and they are guaranteed to have a great time. Just pick a weekend with nice weather.

I was down there yesterday for a day trip. Surfed Squeaky Beach for 4 hours.
Hardly anyone there, offshore and head high. I counted 18 waves before I stopped
counting so I'm guessing around a 40+ wave session. Such a good place!
