my mate hippy caught this random session at one of my favourite little spots

its a bit of a random setup of rocks that totally dont work together .......hahaha..... and no one really surfs it so its always empty

after catching the first wave "that i soooooo woosed" the end section on (a classic case of section avoidance) i though it was going to be cooking but as the place is...... it was just a random smoker

Loved it and the the song. Hope song choice Doggie wasn't a self reflection of the session.

Loved the cutty at 2:45. The 8'3" looks the goods. How's she compare to Tully's previous crafts?

Fun little wave , being a bit on yourself one for that first one , don't think you had any chance making it through the doggie door on that one.

haha......... could be ...... may as well run with that

nar...its just a very limited song choice on my mates computer and its a classic

this board is pretty much similar to the last few boards tully has mowed up for me

8'3 x 27 1/2

this board has less area and meat in the nose
resulting in it being harder to paddle
but ive noticed that it catches less on the dreaded nose dive in critical sections

it carries a bit more width in the outline curve around the mid section thru to the tail
more area around my surf stance for trying to generate speed to carry my ye ol' pie warmer and rum disposal unit on smaller guttless waves

tully's stock standard outline curve thru to the rounded bubble butt tail allows for smooth rail turns and fully slick dishpan central wiggerdy wack front n back in 1 to 3ft

any bigger than that it starts to feel a bit skatey and harder to hold a solid line off the bottom ....although i do need to get some larger fins

off the top on my backhand the board feels great..........im impressed on that so the dogman is happy

in the last 2 weeks ive made more barrels on this board than ive made on all my other sups put together .....hahahahahahahahaha........ well maybe not but it sounds good

yewwwww
