Chris,
I'm with you DJ makes time for anyone that is interested in sup.
His posts are informative, witty, often corny, never malicious, entertaining and honest. That's why I read them.
I've known DJ for 25 years, back from the halcyon days of windsurfing and he was same back then. So generous with his time, always helping crew learn the ropes, giving people the shirt off his back [ well not literally, but he did giveaway loads of his used windsurf gear].
Yep, the Sup world is a better place because of DJ!
hoping to meet dj next season, really enjoy reading his post and comments, have only been in to SUP for a couple of months and finding his information very helful and positive. Surfed for for over 30 years and having kids and living in melbourne don't get down the coast much so to go for a paddle and enjoy the water is a nice way for some time out and fun and have meet a couple of guys down here in willy leo and tim and also very positive and friendly, on the final note it's nice to share
Yes, agree. Well done DJ !! Jamie Mitchell raised the exact topic a few weeks ago in Melbourne, and pretty much said the same thing to a small group. I think you were there DJ. Woogie also agreed.
DJ was in fine form with the camera here... DJ's "My Drive to Merimbula"....
