Maybe he's gone to Nimbin for some more supplies?
Maybe he's gone to Griffith to collect the mother load?
Maybe some Victorian's paid some people to take care of him?
Maybe his Bali girlfriend is visiting?
Maybe he's just gone "f@ck it, there's waves in Hawaii at this time of year, I'm out'a here, and the warm weather will loosen up my back"!

I think what happened is that he could no longer go on hiding his love for his favourite shaper so he finally got up the courage to ask Bob to run away with him to a deserted island where the two could live and surf together happily ever after.

When Bob rejected him, the pain of Bob’s unrequited love was too much of a burden for our Mac to shoulder and he did the unthinkable, the unimaginable, the un-undoable, the unsavoury, he went to another shaper.

This then set in motion a chain of unforeseeable consequences, the market for Bob’s boards immediately took a terminal tumble and when Wall Street got the news the stock market went into a decline, the likes of which had never been seen.

Mac is now in hiding somewhere in Uzbekistan.

It’s either that or his computer is broken.

Bundy or beer tonight boys ??

Winki has been small lately, but a whole load of fun on a long board. Nice and fast, and it's a great little wave for nose rides, but equally great to stand back at the tail, and slice it up!

If you're looking for a road trip albumn, try "The Road to Escondido" by JJ Cale & Eric Clapton. Blues all the way ! If you have iTunes, you can sample before you buy.

Mac,
Do you want a Bells Beach stubby holder ?
PM your postal address.
It's a wrap around panorama. To the left of the picture is the wave faces, and on the right is the Bells headland.

Someone must have lobbied the host, bloody pointless drop the greens as well or how about creating a brown thumb for all the brown noses.
