If you scramble his surname, you get 'hold on'. Spooky

Funny! I skim read your post, and I thought it scrambled into "Spooky"... So I went and checked, and I laughed again... Scramble into "Hold ONN!" You're a smart 'New' man Scotty!

The walkway was built to provide workers at the hydroelectric power plants at Chorro Falls and Gaitanejo Falls with means to cross between them, to provide for transport of materials, and to facilitate inspection and maintenance of the channel. Construction began in 1901 and was finished in 1905.

What is nuts about Alex's climb.....the film they show in the green shirt is shot AFTER he climbed it solo 2 days prior.!!!
To do THAT route twice is awesome rope or no rope....to do it twice in short succession solo is totally nuts. In a closed forum interview Alex was saying he just wanted to do the climb without the pressure of film, so he just arrived early and did it.
