No fun on your own

Also want a big wind break fence, and stadium lights. Surf when it's windy and through the night

I seem to be short a few million dollars, but if anyone has a farm, front end loader and a very big lump of concrete I am sure we can do something like this for a fraction of the price. Redneck? Who's a redneck?

Try the general forum, heaps of Rednecks in there

This one would be good if you had a farm

There is one down by SMH's place that has heaps of spare land not being used.

I'd love to have a crack at one of those wave pools - I'd pay to have it with just friends/family for 90min or so - how much fun!

Right. It's settled then. We are building a wave farm down on smh's farm. See you all there this week end.

Here are some other ways they can make waves. Not terribly practical, but I would love to witness some of these events in person:

Re the first vid - We pay $1.60 a litre for petrol so these fuggers can surf in the desert!

Wonder how much to build one?

If we use your bobcat and your farm, i reckon it will work out real cheap for tue rest of us

Somehow methinks our corporate retailers are getting the lions share of the $1.60 too
