Their systems of manufacturing are very labour intense,I know first hand on a buying trip a couple of years ago,I made some gigs and work benches and production was made easier,I wasn't sure I was doing the right thing but the owner thanked me the next visit and I was greeted with bigger smiles from the workers.
They do make very nice handmade goods and after seeing it in production you have a better appreciation for the finished goods,
