Hey Simondo, isn't Derek blind in one eye, could be part of the reason for the drop ins, that and he probably thinks he owns it cause he lives there

What are people opinion on the "finless" boards, like Deryks? Valid surfboard design or just a good surfer taking a weird tangent.. but either way he surfs them good.

Finless Boards - yes, fantastic surfer, taking a fantastically weird tangent. I've seen a few other people try to ride them, but Derek leaves them for dead !!
There won't be a solid place for them in the main stream any time soon. But that's fine. I'd bet $100 that Derek is happy with that anyway.
