Bob: Telos Adventures
A sweet range of tints, from 27 Feb...
Surfing Australia Awards Night, 21 Febwww.mctavish.com.au/_blog/McTavish
A new "board of the month". The Step Deck. It's been on the pages for a little while, and this example (on link) is a very sweet board. http://www.mctavish.com.au/surfboard/step-deck
Reading between the lines, I think this board has modernised rail hardness , but old school single fin appeal, and old school tints and templates, and some Vee thown in for Free!
That range of boards posted on 27 Feb.... SWEET!
Whats the deal with that Blue speedshape further down the page...looks like the kind of thing that would be sick on a big day at Bells or Winki?
Rails are a bit too soft also...
Either way, I'm gunna clean out a few neglected boards, and get a board similar to the Speed Shape. The Speed Shape is one of Bob's handshapes. So it's actually got different bottom lines to The Tracker.
I'll off load about 5 boards...
Channel Islands 6'6 Generation1 Single Fin - Light Green Tints - $450
9'6 Billy Hamilton Stylist Tufflite - $500
Channel Islands 6'6 Generation2 Single Fin - Clear - $380

Simondo you made me check out the CI site and this is what I found - not bad for a bloke over 40!! 2 1/4 is not thick!!!!! By the way that Telo's adventure sounds unreal!!! Love to go there one day....sounds like an awesome setup.
