Be safe, try and be kind and above all else enjoy yourself.

Merry Xmas fellas
Before you ask:
Starting weight 144 kg
Goal weight 110 kg
Current weight 129 kg.
in summary, a pi55 poor effort but it could be worse.
I thought losing 1.5 kg per week over 24 weeks was very do-able but consistency (or lack there of) is the key.
I have joined a new gym which opened up 5 mins walk from my joint.
No surprise what my New Years res will be.
Re: my last post in the gen room (2 months ago).
IAfter 2 &1/2 years of being on Seabreeze, that was the first time I really wanted to belt some pr1ck. Gen or Jen ? I prefer the latter.
Hail the GreenRoom.

Scotty you just made my day by returning mate, you lost weight 99% of people say they will but don't you are well on your way mate that's a great result.Eat cleanish hit the gym 4 x 1 hour sessions, don't do cardio just smash out the weights hard and fast little rest and watch it drop off.Champion effort you should be proud and screw those Gen dudes life's too short to be serious in there, have a fantastic Christmas

Cheers Mac.
TBH, only been lurking for past week or so. And was saving for Xmas eve to post.
3 months up to Xmas is my busiest at work so the time as gone quick.
Reading Lacey's post blew me away - farkin lucky.
Re: training.
Mac, I go the other way and have been loving the cross trainer and other cardio machines. I finish up with 15 mins of high rep low weights.
I guess it's a mixture of cardio and weights.

Hey Chrisp,
Are you still off the **** ?
Have a good Xmas mate

Edit: can you believe Laurie edits the word '****'.
What's this world coming to.

2nd edit: how bad am I going ? Of course the same word will edit again.
I used another world for cigarettes which starts with F.
