9'1 x 22 1/2 x 2 3/4 - holding a fair amount of meat into the rails so pretty chunky for its dimensions. Fairly pronounced single into V bottom and diamond tail. Based on my fave MSJ longboard but with a fuller rail and considerably less rocker. Fins are: 6.5 dolphin centre with M3 sides.
Sorry about sh#t photos.
really nice graphic, very unusual.
Is that all sold pigment or could you see a stringer if the pic was better?
Nice. Yes, you see a little bit of stringer in there. Heavy pigments though.
I would guess the "heavy pigment resin" looks like paint in liquid form, as opposed to "tint resin" looking like coloured water... ??
Nice board BB. It saves you a bit of time when you find something you really like off the rack. All that pigment threw me on first sight I thought it was a tufflite.
Now all you have to do is try it out.
That didn't really fire them up BB think you can still go the dark side with your boardies on
Geez talk about getting all fired up about one word I used ''Boring''
So Billboard made it clear in the sup room he loves me oh so sweet
of himNice post tho
Your commett was right though mac just makes me want yourn when I look in there
Mac people have feelings you no tread lightly in some forums.I wonder if BB realises you have feelings??haha
I did very rarely i go to that site but after the comments on this forum i went and looked, serious forum
Hate to admit this, but got the 8.0 wet for the first time this morning. We searched the entire southern goldy and could not find a bloody wave anywhere so we ended up paddling out at the alley with 5000 others and a cracking 1/2ft swell on offer
Scotty on a sup, Tom on a 9.3 - and me on a goddamn 8ft minimal - I could not have been on a more inappropriate board for the alley - especially a half a foot alley !
However - I managed to jag about 6 or 7 little peelers through into laceys (ok I may have burnt tom on half of those) and actually had a little bit of fun. Even got some sweet trim time on 3 of the better ones - very very suprised considering the board has quite small thruster fins on it. Jeez if I can get that many waves on an almost unsurfable wave I cannot wait to get it into some real surf - its gunna be so easy to take every wave off tom then I have to say I have copped a bit of flack for putting so much meat in a board for someone my weight but it doesn't feel at all chunky or cumbersone in the water and it paddles as well as any standard 9fter I have ridden - I have come to the conclusion that foam is your friend
Hey Billboard, if you are on the Goldy please call us (or send a PM) to see if we can help sell your board in store for you and maybe help you with a spare mal to take to Woolgoolga.
We can't have you blousing out of a trip with those other 'breezers because of no board or money. - Mark
