Well done fellas - you picked up a gold over night in the Lasers and have one coming in the 49'ers tonight, Sally is looking good as well. We got silver in the chicks shotput sadly which we were hoping for a gold in (kiwi chick had been practically unbeaten the last 2 yrs) and by the time I wake up tom your Aussie team will have more golds than us...............oh well it was fun whilst it lasted

Did anyone see the ladies hockey between Aust and the Argies?? Some great talent

If you get the chance watch the German Stephan Feck dive - GOLD!!!!!!!!! Can not find a youtube clip yet but one should be out there soon - you will see this dive 100 times today!

Here is a pic to give you an idea of how it unfolded - ouch!

STEPHANIE Rice seems to have shed some light on the cause of her crippling shoulder injury, yesterday admitting she had a stripper pole installed in her home.

The revelation didn't come via Twitter, the Olympic swimmer's main method of communication, but through an interview with Triple M.

"I did do some classes and I made one of my family members buy me the pole because I was, like, well this can be cross-training exercise," Rice told the radio station.

"But I don't have it any more."

The triple gold-medallist said her future in the pool was uncertain, but she was trying to enjoy herself after her Olympics preparation, which included a four-month booze ban.

Rice said she would have to come up with a new outfit if she did go to the 2016 Games: "I'm gonna have to think of something new - it was the police outfit in '08, the bikini in 2012 ... "

She got rid of the pole around the time she met Kobe Bryant. Co-incidence ?
