Will there be tears ? Or screams of delights ?

Animal Kingdom runs at Ascot tonight.........

But of course I was talking about the football game. Jeepers the traffic was bad when I left work around 4:15pm and it looked like it was all heading out to the big game. Looks like the bookies have really shortened the odds tonight expecting that most will back them....personally its far too short if you ask me.

I am hoping for an Aussie victory......amazing to think that some blokes playing for Aust never really got a chance on the big stage but Timmy C may go to 3 world cups!!

He is my fav Aussie sportsperson at the moment by a country mile. He always competes, wears his heart on his sleeve and is just so excited to represent his country at every opportunity. A true professional. A lot of other pro sports people could do a lot worse than pay a bit more attention to how he goes about his business.......and the funny thing is that he is probably the most highly paid of the lot of them by an order of magnitude.

They renamed the Cahill Expressway in his honour yesterday - its the road that runs behind Circular Quay overlooking the waterways with the bridge on yr left and the Opera house on the right. Nice job Barry.

Big call to sub TC but the man he subbed him with came through and scored the winner - in the aftermath TC looks more than happy with the result. Nice. As for David Gallop he probably can not believe how good is life is right now....no Burgess, Timou, Gallen, Ferussion, Dugan to deal with.....just a nice stroll through the park with a bunch of blokes who are grateful for the opportunity to represent their country....and on the back of it he will go to Brazo land for 6 weeks....Rio ****s all over Belmore from my past experiences and most other locations NRL is played. I am glad he is getting some upside to his job after many years spent defending idiots and their poor behaviour.
