Love the red board ,Which model is that one
real NICE work RG - no haven't seen either of these - the last maroon-ish one had the yellow spot , but thats what I want for sure - Red Pin looks superb too.
Thanks for putting em up mate cheers
Late edit:The last maroon one had the red spot , just found it RG
Arkgee showed the kids the pics of your nimbus and the fins .
Got the response from one " wow wicked " the other one " wow cool as "
I think they liked them
Fellas the new fin has arrived . It is a bit traditional being hand carved from timber ,dolphin shaped -starts with D , 7 inches
looks great , cant wait to try it out ,
thanks again Arkgee , and everybody else for your tips
Did you get it from Arkgee, I just hunted high and low for a good fin and didn't even think of Mr Goddard. I ended up getting a couple of captain fin co fins from the states .. seen a few around and they look good but $120 plus over here.

Got a 10" Jai lee Hatchet / keel and a 6.5 dolphin.
Yep SP Mr Goddard organized he fins for me through his mate JD . They are a real work of art make the old board look a million bucks . Cost $126 delivered which I thought was pretty reasonable for what it is .
Like you I searched high and low through all the fin suppliers trying to find a 7 inch timber fin . Happy in what I ended up with and in being able to buy through an Australian small business makes it even better .
I have already told Arkgee in my opinion he is providing superior quality product at cheaper prices then his competitors . Will be getting one of his boards latter in the year as well . Almost changed my mind the old board looks so good with the new fin .
Not bull****ting I was seriously surprised at how good his stuff is for the price .
Hope you have it by the time you come to Tassie Ted would love to see it .
The only problem I can see with this fin is I will be too scared to surf off the rocks in case I scratch it .
HaVe not had a chance to try it yet SP . It has fin screws both ends but I only have one fin screw so awaiting arrival of some more , hopefully here today as according to the forecast today is the last surf till mid next week .
Any tips on the best place to sit the fin in the box . I have always put them close as I can to the middle . Wondering what difference it would make if I push it back or forwards .
Love the look of those fins of yours I did go through the captain fins catalogue .When I get this new board organized I will have to get some different sized fins to play with .
How clever are those fin screws SP . Will have to grab some .
Thanks Crispy , unfortunately still waiting to try it out . Hope the arms coming good
