Looks great but waiting for the "locals" to get here and show us south of the river guys the way.
7:40 and its a no show from all but Sporto Have a bit of a chat and decide to go back to Scabs for a couple of hours.
Sorry, no action shots but Sporto and I were there and will be tomorrow, same time top carpark.

Nice work Dotcom - looks like just another perfect sunny day in the West. I love the weather you guys get over there. How was the surf? Looked like some fun ones would have been coming through.

We were out at Mettams mate! Looked around a few times but didn't see any Seabreeze crew. I even looked dodgy scanning peoples car rego plates seeing if I recognised any (same time too). But we were surfing Mettams near Soda cafe so that maybe why...

Cheers guys, beautiful day over here, 39 degrees and a 40 tomorrow.
Surf was smallish but a couple of nice banks coming through north of the Scabs car park. I was pretty happy and got onto a couple of good ones. Great to see Sporto get down as well, great company.
Ted, you did a great job with your pics in the other thread mate, put me to shame
Sorry we missed Newguy and JB, another time, I maybe should've got a little more organized the night before. If your down at Scabs tomorrow my plates are 1BWC-696 from 7:30.
Mac, have lost a few kgs trying to work on my core and it's paying off I think, can't wait for the GC in July.
Will post some better pics tomorrow.

Poor form on my behalf sleeping past the alarm but so you can know your competition Mac, here is a previous photo of myself. Some say I have an uncanny resemblence to Kelly Slater except my head is different. I beg to differ

Can't believe how lucky we all are this weekend, we've got a few decent waves over here, you're got some good'ns over there.

All we need now id for Simondo to confirm he got a wave or two and the trifecta is done.

Up 1hr+ North was nearly perfect (surprisingly), but quite crowded... still; I left the water with spaghetti arms so cannot complain

Thanks for the update from the wild west. Gald to see you are all getting some. All good over here today as well....swell had definitely dropped a bit this morning and continued to drop throughout the day. Light onshore came up early but did not kill it too much. Another day of nice uncrowded waves was had. Been the best 4 days I can recall since Winter last year. Infact I think its the first w/e that I have surfed quality waves both Saturday and Sunday. Happy as a

Yep was a pretty good session wasn't it, I'm guessing you where at or somewhere very close to where I was.
You weren't one of the two longboarders that headed out in a boat were you?
