great read and great looking board. as the beastie boys would say mr goddard "you got the skillz to pay the billz"

on the china front...i do not believe that customs will die for the majority off surfers.
i think there will always be people who compare products by money alone, and for that market you will never change. yet for those who love to surf, well i cant see it happening.

now what do you think about people who can hand shape but use the cnc machines. like your dhd/bourtons etc?

once again kudos to you mr goddard

got nothing against the machine at all Chrisp...I use it myself...mainly for my shortys though...my point is we now see non surfers building boards because of it...without it, it would not be possible for them to do..."the hand on the rail...what does it feel?".....or "when machines become our hands...what prints do we leave?" both good quotes I think...but the machine is good....especially for old shoulders

Ron for what its worth, this thread is the best in the history of this forum by a country mile. Your craftsmanship is something to be very proud of and no, China will and could never make such a high quality board such as yours.

Unreal stuff

Agreed 110%. Thank you.

have to agree with all the accolades RG, you are a legend mate, superb stuff

New boards have just arrived very happy with both . Will try and get some pics up .

The Nimbus for an all rounder to me looks to be what I would call more Hp then all rounder .

The egg is amazingly light weight the young fellow is very rapt .

Haha , yep do look good Pup .only had a chance to unwrap them and have a quick look so far can't wait to have a play . Unfortunately might have to wait till next week taking the young bloke out bush trout fishing for a few days .

Typical the surf forecast for the days I am out bush looks real good

Should add Ronnie did a great job packing the boards and his mate delivered them to my door .all too easy
