Just arrived at the depot today. Need to schedule a time to pick it up.

I doubt you will put any pics up

I already sent you a link the other day. It's pretty nice in the flesh though.

Had my first surf today at a local spot..Can't say were but it was between Scarbs and the point

Was surprised it wasn't that crowded. About knee to waist high, so i guess dick to dick and half. Was wet, was fun and i enjoyed the new Yahoo board.

Only problem is it has a fair depression on the deck on one side so the center rail right were you sit is like sitting on a fence, or what i imagine surfing in a g-string would feel like

It's the size of a matchhead. The fins are sharp. Not too worried, it's just the outer lam with maybe some damage to some d-cell underneath. A spot of resin will seal it and there's no structural damage (apart from the tiny hole in the glass). It didn't puncture the inner lam. I have to fix my regular board where I've got a similar hole where I hit the bottom duckdiving. Also just the outer lam and maybe some wood damage, no big deal. But yeah, I'm an idiot.

The amount of money I earn is negatively correlated to how much I surf. Hence while you're probly earning the big bucks doggie, I'm poor as a pensioners pet dog

Woke up to strong winds. Enough to convince anyone of a sleep in as experience tells me, not worth it.

Looked at reports last night and it looked good. Got up this morning drove to Trigg, got out and nearly got blown away. Waves were running along the beach almost. SO back to work early.

January's a bit of a quiet month for me.

Don't worry it wasn't as good as it looks.

Did Trigg again this morning and was bit bigger than Thursday but less shape. hand full of guys until the crowd arrived like a swarm. Then a group of maybe 7 year olds going mental, aerials, floaters, the lot. very talented and like a swarm of bees. Paddling out through guys only two feet away so called it a day..Only a few waves but really loving the Yahoo..

Driving home up the coast to work though was supprised to see surfers getting waves everywere. Like everywere. Even a guy out at Watermans..

Looks like fun Sam, amazing how consistent the swell has been this week, considering the time of year.

Surfed my little left twice in one day with no one else. About waist high. Suprising that there's swell.
