Its not a SUP but I have also posted this in the SUP and longboard forum, It looks like a mini mal and it looks like he surfs somewhere near miami/mermaid a bit. Someone may recognise him...
Possibly more work than your looking for but maybe send the pic to the local rag with a bit of detail. Always good to see good news story's in the press other all the negaitive.
