You almost got me, if you had a bit longer zoom. Know one kid who was competing that day, recognise a few faces of others.
Like to take the credit but not my work, put together by a mate and up and coming film maker Nathan Brooks.
what ?? salty waves?
put some pics up toad..
edit,,, surely you miss a decent and regular breeze being a kitey?
Yeah sorry Quirkus no disrespect, and there was some pretty amazing surfing in that vid. It's just I was missing the living near good waves without crowds. I lived in Perth for 17 years, now I live 800 meters from some amazing waves . I am having trouble downloading photos atm. as I was going to show you my local. Have a look at the photos I last posted in my profile. I'm also getting a bit older now so I'm finding just picking up my surfboard and tackling waves is enough. I do get a bit uneasy taking on big seas with all that kite gear. Don't get me wrong I still have my gear and we do get good kiting conditions . But not all that often. Most times wind here are asosiated with overcast skys and gusty BIG surf . Not like the beautiful sunny days and steady sea breezes and the Lano to Wedge DW's. I guess it's about your local surounds and how you get your salt water hit.. All the best Toad
