Hi all, I've found a little gem of a pre-season windsurfing exercise routine that I thought was well worth sharing. For the last few months I have been getting into shape using a form of suspension exercise called TRX. Worth about $150 bucks on the net however made my own using a pair of 6m 100kg rated tie downs from Bunnings for $25 and two handles made from a piece of old PVC retic pipe that I thread through each strap loop. ( Basically just two loops with the handle threaded through) . Check out you-tube for all the TRX exercises then suspend these from anything and you're away. Never had a better strength/core routine, this coupled with a bit of swimming and Mountain bike and I'm ready for the SW waves this summer!!!
