Its the frame blending on the slo mo that is creating the wobble effect. When you slow-mo you see a mix of the two fields every 25th or 30th of a second (depending on your system). With heaps of shutter speed the two field look almost identical so the image appears crisp and sharp, but If the shutter isn't fast enough to capture the movement you see a blur (or a wobble) across the slo mo.

i think the fin is made of silicone rubber and whats happening here is as the tip of the fin is breaking the sound barrier a time space warp is occuring and what your looking at is the tip of the fin moving between the past and the future as it crosses the screen... Freaky stuff hey!
Actually, yes it is a warp in the space time continuum...
... and I can prove it. I am going to go back in time to 16/09/2009 and I'll post a comment in this thread.
