Here's a good locally made video (can't tell you the spot):

EDIT: Just realised it tells you where in the link lol.
That last video from Indo is brilliant!
The trailer from Minds Wide Open - which is a beautifully filmed DVD and well worth getting.
Fast forward all the talking and there is some decent action in this one, including some pretty late lip hitting. Backyards is a pretty intense place...
Best thread in years.
Inspired me to go search for this memorable one, someone posted a long time ago. Low quality vid unfortunately, but some high quality surfing. Those are some super fn gnarly waves.
There are a lot of Gorge vids out there - this one really gives the feel of the place for me. If you haven't been there, make a point of going, it really is extraordinary. The whole vibe of the place is unreal. The sailing is unreal, especially B&J.
If you havent seen trade winds you havent windsurfed the dimond head footage at the end was all time .....and the first ever backloops at Hookipa with Angus Chader doing some of the 1st rotations ever RIP my friend
Watching Tradewinds now on the TV via utube.
What I can get over is how windy it is at Maui, even 30 years ago. Man I'm getting old. When I was born, 30 years before World War 2 was raging.
