thanx for that,, haven't seen this in ages...
how good is the sail duck on the wave......
it's in WA dzub.. and only works on cold wintery days ..bbrrrrrr
Great waveriding action. I liked it more than those vids of monster waveriding in Maui.
Where it is? I guess if you follow a Toyota 4wd with windsurfing gear on a windy Saturday or Sunday morning, they will probably lead you to it. Don't sandgroper windsurfers drive vans?
if i told u publicly on this forum..i'd have an angry yocal mob on my case.....wanting to use myself and my mast to make a giant paddlepop (mark aus term!).....i'm trembling after telling u it was in WA.....
Its ok knowing where it is, its knowing what condition it needs to work is the key
and that is a secret
Came in on buckets last couple of sails, has anyone ever broken a leg there?
It sucks putting your gear on the ferry to get there.
I sailed there that day Near froze me goolies off
Damn it gets cold here in winter
.But well worth it as you can see
Buckets looks nasty....havn't had the pleasure yet...Stubbing cold toes on rocks and sharp bits ouch!
Thanks guys for your help. Clear as day light!
I now know where to go. I think is it South maybe Mandurah?
Yes Mr no-one it is pretty scary coming in over buckets with a broken leg.
I don't recommend it. Each wave that pushed me in wanted to draw me back out for another go, so I'm gripping the reef with my hands so tight so i don't get my already bent leg further bent by getting rolled into a hole. The guys had to come and grag me out of the water.
not my best day of sailing!
