I ended up getting something I had never heard of a 115ltre Exocet Xcross freemove. I tested a 115ltre rocket and although it may have been a little more comfortable in sharp chop the Xcross was just fun!
It's funny as I went to the movie night and saw the Xcross on display and my first thoughts were ' your kidding? ' It looks like an elipse it's so short and wide..75 x 240cm. However Remi from the windsurfing shed let me try it and I was pleasantly surpised.
here's a link to a review I did .. ( Bit embarassing I even got the name wrong at first..
). Not sure if it will be as fast as the rocket but I want it for gusty 10-18kts and chop as well as flat and for that it is fun!
